  • Due to the special nature of Biothane items, including customized, bespoke, or custom-made products, we do not accept returns after purchase. Once an order is confirmed, it is considered final and cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged.

• Exceptions :

  • This strict return policy does not apply to products with a manufacturing defect. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange or refund.
  • Claims for defective products must be accompanied by evidence, such as photos of the defect and a detailed description of the problem.
